Donald A. Shirk, D. Min - Senior Pastor
Dr. Donald A. Shirk has been Senior Pastor at Grace Baptist Church since 1987. He has a Master’s of Divinity and Doctor of Divinity from Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA. He serves as Chaplain to the Batavia City Police Department. He also serves as Trustee to Baptist Bible College & Seminary and is on the Advisory Board to the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism. Dr. Shirk has also authored two books for Regular Baptist Press. He serves the Lord in Batavia along with his wife Claudia and 5 children. |

Mark W. Hurlbut B.A. - Associate Pastor
| Pastor. Mark Hurlbut has been on staff at Grace Baptist since 2002. He has a Bachelor of Religion from Luther Rice University Atlanta, GA. Pastor Hurlbut ministers in the areas of Christian Education, Administration, and Missions. He serves the Lord in Batavia with his wife Doris and their 5 children. |

Jeffrey R. Bartz M. Div - Associate Pastor
Pastor Jeffrey Bartz joined the staff here at Grace Baptist in August of 2007. His wife’s name is Jami, and they have four boys, Sammy, Michael, Joshua, and Timothy.
Pastor Bartz graduated from Baptist Bible College & Seminary in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Bible and M.Div. He currently ministers with the Junior and Senior High Youth Group, with College, Young Adults and outreach.

Cindy Heale AAS - Ministry Assistant
Cindy joined the staff here at Grace Baptist in 2007. Cindy assists the pastoral staff with a wide variety of administrative and ministry responsibilities. Cindy earned her associates in secretarial science at Genesee Community College. Her husband is Rick and she has three children.
